Elonir Esther Aparicio

Born 07/27/1926, died 04/14/2015. Born and raised in Santa Paula, CA. She is survived by her Husband Salvador Cenen Aparicio Sr. and Son Salvador Cenen Aparicio Jr. and Grandson Richard Cenen Aparicio (Monica) and 2 Great Grand Daughters Maya and Serena of Ojai, Granddaughter Nanette Echelle Aparicio Navarro (Mario) and 2 Great Grand Children Daughters Jada and Son Jordon of S.B; Brother Oscar (Mercy) Villa of Santa Paula and Sons Joseph and Daughter Kristy. She is preceded in death by her Father Joseph D. Villa, He always said he was related to Poncho Villa, Mother Antonia Villa, Sisters Armida Villa Deflores of Oxnard and her 2 Sons Jeffery and Paul who are still alive. Rachel Villa of Ventura Her Daughter Valerie and Son Michael are still alive. She met Salvador C. Aparicio Sr. from S.B. during the early months of 1945 at a dance at the K.P. Hall Carrillo Auditorium. August 21st of 1945 they were married and have spent 69 years together. They have traveled many places during their years and enjoyed Hunting and Fishing with friends and family. The most favorite place was June Lake CA. at Cherokee Lodge and later at Boulder Lodge with Andy and Dottie Olfield and family. She followed Sal Sr. everywhere and took care of him and Jr. She enjoyed the Santa Barbara Elks Lodge and all their dinners, events and Barfly's, she was most proud when her Son Sal Jr. was Exhualted Ruler for 2 years. She loved her glass of wine at night and her favorite saying was " 10-4 Cimo Sabre " relating back to CB radio days and hunting, she would be glassing the area looking for Bucks for Daddy. She was a very classy Lady and was always well dressed for everyday stuff. A loving Wife, Mother, Grand and Great Grandmother and sister, she will be missed by all who knew her.Services are as follows 04/23 Welch-Ryce-Haider, 7:00 P.M. 450 Ward Dr. Goleta for Rosary. 04/24 St. Raphael's Church, 10:00 A.M. 5444 Hollister Ave. Goleta for Mass, followed by Grave site Services at Calvary Cemetery 199 N. Hope Ave. S.B; followed by Celebration of life at the S.B. Elks Lodge 150 N. Kellogg Ave, Goleta. In lue of flowers donations can be made at Sarah House and Local Hospice for Elinor Aparicio.Arrangements entrusted to Welch-Ryce-Hairder Funeral Chapels.
