Antonia Contreras better known as Mama Ton passed away peacefully on Sunday, October 4, 2020 surrounded by her daughters, grandkids, and great grandchildren. She was born in San Juan de los Chiles and liked traveling to San Nicholas de Ibarra, Jalisco. During her years in Santa Barbara, she enjoyed spending time with her great grandchildren, knitting them scarves, playing lotería, painting her nails, and most importantly going to the casino. On tv, she appreciated watching shows about cowboys, specifically John Wayne. As a Catholic woman, she had a very close relationship with God and always prayed for her loved ones. She survived by her five daughters: Martha, Elva, Maria, Silvia, and Angelica, her many grandchildren, along with great grandchildren. She’s now reunited with her son, Bernabe, and her grandson, Esteban. Antonia will be greatly missed and forever remembered.
